You can set any tax rate — the field defaults to 10% for Australian GST but works equally for VAT, sales tax, or no tax at all — and choose from nearly sixty currencies, so amounts format correctly wherever you invoice. Upload a logo and place it anywhere with the 3×3 position grid and width slider, switch between six layout templates — Classic, Modern, Minimal, Bold, Professional, and Elegant — and add an optional watermark such as PAID, DRAFT, or OVERDUE with adjustable opacity. Enter your rate in the Tax Rate (%) field above the totals. It defaults to 10% for Australian GST, but you can set any percentage for VAT, sales tax, or other rates. Set it to 0 to hide the tax line entirely. The tax amount and total recalculate instantly as you change it.
Click Print to PDF and choose Save as PDF (or your PDF printer) as the destination in the print dialog. The page layout is print-optimised so only the invoice is exported. You can also click Save as PNG to download it as an image instead.
A clear invoice lists your business name, address, and ABN, the client's name and address, a unique invoice number, the issue and due dates, an itemised list of goods or services with quantities and rates, the subtotal, any tax, and the grand total. This generator has fields for all of these, plus notes and payment terms.
The bulk session is held in your browser for the current tab, and Save Template stores a reusable layout locally. The live form itself is not auto-saved, so save a template or export to PDF before closing if you want to keep your work. Nothing is ever sent to a server.
