About this weekly timesheet builder

A free weekly timesheet that turns daily hours per project into a live total, an overtime breakdown, and a calculated pay figure β€” then exports the result to CSV, PNG, or a printout.

Enter hours into a seven-day grid, split across up to eight colour-coded projects. The summary, by-project table, and daily-hours chart all recalculate the instant you type. Overtime and double-time tiers, your hourly rate, and the currency are fully configurable. People use it to:

Everything runs local and in-browser β€” your hours, rate, and project names never leave the page, and exports are generated client-side with nothing uploaded to a server.

How to use
  1. Enter the employee name and week-start date, then set your hourly rate and currency in the header.
  2. Add, rename, or remove project rows, clicking each colour dot to pick a distinct colour.
  3. Fill in daily hours per project across the seven-day grid; the summary, table, and chart update live.
  4. Adjust the standard weekly hours, overtime multiplier, double-time threshold, and double-time multiplier if your tiers differ from the defaults.
  5. Export the finished timesheet to CSV, save it as a PNG, or print it for an invoice or record.
FAQ

Type the hours worked into the cell where a project row meets a weekday in the Daily Hours Grid. Cells accept half-hour steps from 0 to 24, and the summary, by-project table, and chart all update the moment you type.

The grid records worked hours only, so simply enter time net of any unpaid break β€” for example log 7.5 rather than 8 for a day with a 30-minute lunch. There is no separate break field, which keeps every total and pay figure based purely on billable hours.

Hours above the standard weekly threshold (default 40) are paid at the overtime multiplier, default 1.5Γ—. Hours above the double-time threshold (default 60) are paid at the double-time multiplier, default 2Γ—. You can change all four values in Overtime Settings.

Set your rate and currency in the header and the Summary splits pay into regular, overtime, and double-time amounts that add up to a Total Pay figure. Each project row in the By Project table also shows its share of that pay, weighted by its share of the week's hours.

Yes. Export CSV writes a spreadsheet with the header, per-project daily hours, totals, and pay; Save PNG captures the summary as an image; and Print opens your browser's print dialog with ads and controls hidden so you get a clean sheet for an invoice.

Hours are entered in half-hour steps and displayed to one decimal place. Pay values are shown to two decimal places using your selected currency symbol, and the CSV export keeps the same two-decimal precision so totals reconcile.

No. All calculations, the CSV file, and the PNG image are produced entirely in your browser. Your hours, rate, and project names are never uploaded.
